We ship through UPS and USPS. Your shipping address will determine your method of shipping. All UPS orders must be delivered to a physical address, no PO boxes. If you provide us with a PO Box, your order will automatically be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Please allow 3-5 business days for UPS orders and 4-7 days for USPS orders.
Our phone order hours are Mon-Wed, 12 pm - 5 pm, EST. All orders ship Mon-Wed of every week.
All orders are FINAL SALE. No refunds. Exchanges are permitted for defective items only. We will promptly replace any defective dvds with the same dvd, at no additional charge to you, upon receipt of the returned defective item. All defective dvd exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery date.
